Anxiety is a very tricky condition. It can bluff us day after day, week after week, year after year. And we fall for it every time. Welcome to my Anxiety Blog
In this anxiety blog, I will post thoughts on various topics about anxiety, panic attacks and the journey to recovery. These will expand upon the guidance provided in my book “IT’S ONLY ANXIETY: How to Recover from Anxiety & Panic”, or explain the Acceptance Method in a different way.
The posts are all derived from the knowledge I have gained from my own journey to recovery, from my assistance of others, or from the experience of others who have taken the same path to recovery.
My goal is to make this one of the best anxiety blogs.
I will do my best to respond to all comments and questions. ~ Carl
