Hi, my name is Carl James. I am the creator of this website, and the author of the book “It’s Only Anxiety: How to Recover from Anxiety & Panic”.
I suffered from severe anxiety for most of my life. My diagnosis was a combination of Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Depression. After literally decades searching in vain for a way out of my anxiety, I finally found an approach that led to my recovery.
Applying the method transformed my life from one of anxious suffering and frustration to one of peace and contentment. I now provide guidance and coaching to other anxiety sufferers. My desire with the book and website is to help as many other anxiety sufferers as possible reach recovery and enjoy life in the way that I do now.
