Welcome to my Anxiety Blog
In this anxiety blog, I will post thoughts on various topics about anxiety, panic attacks and the journey to recovery. These will expand upon the guidance provided in my book “IT’S ONLY ANXIETY: How to Recover from Anxiety & Panic”, or explain the Acceptance Method in a different way.
The posts are all derived from the knowledge I have gained from my own journey to recovery, from my assistance of others, or from the experience of others who have taken the same path to recovery.
